1. Implement Management System Manuals

  • Tailored Manuals: Tri Axle Group will provide customised manuals and registers to fit your specific business operations.
  • Implementation Accreditation Package: Our implementation package includes initial training and ongoing support so you know what to do and how to use your accreditation effectively.

2. Training for Executive Team and Staff

  • Essential Understanding: Managers and staff need training to understand their responsibilities and effectively use the accreditation system.
  • Customized Training: Tri Axle Group offers tailored training to ensure a smooth transition.

3. Entry Audit

  • NHVAS Approved Auditor: An independent auditor will assess your accreditation system.

4. Apply to the NHVR

  • Online Application: Submit your application through the NHVR online portal.
  • NHVR Fees:
    • $110 to establish each accreditation module (NHVR – NHVAS fee Schedule)
    • Additional fees: $40 per vehicle for Mass Management and Maintenance Management.

5. Initial Compliance Audit

  • Six-Month Check-in: Conducted within six months of accreditation by an independent auditor.

6. Ongoing Compliance Audits

  • Bi-Annual Audits: Conducted every two years after the initial compliance audit.
